How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Cosmetics Shop in-game, tap the "UNLOCK" tab, and select "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
I lost my game progress. Can I recover it?
Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you've deleted the app or switched devices, your progress cannot be recovered unless you had an iCloud backup. We recommend keeping regular device backups.
How do I unlock all biomes?
The first two biomes (Neon District and Industrial Wastes) are free to explore up to 300m. To access all biomes and unlimited distance, purchase the Full Game unlock from the Cosmetics Shop or when prompted at the paywall.
How do in-app purchases work?
All purchases are one-time payments processed through the Apple App Store. Once purchased, items are permanently unlocked and tied to your Apple ID. You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID.
The game is running slowly. What can I do?
- Close other apps running in the background
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have enough free storage space
- Check for game updates in the App Store
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
