Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Neon Survivors ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

License

Oneway Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

In-App Purchases

  • The Game offers optional in-app purchases including the Full Game unlock and cosmetic items.
  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
  • All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
  • Purchased items are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game
  • Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute, sell, or transfer your account or in-game items

Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, and text, is owned by Oneway Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEWAY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

Game Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time
  • Change game features, balance, or content
  • Reset game progress in cases of detected cheating or exploitation

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
